Be glad you don't work on cars like I do, Mikey. Everyday is a damn headache. Btw, have you ever tried a 39mm FCR on a Warrior? It's pretty badass. Also, I have some questions on the ATC350X. Particularly the longevity of your 425 big bore kit, and whether the cases need boring. Most customers don't want to spend the $500 for a carb so I haven't. Never had a 425 wear out so I think they are good for longevity, but yes you do have to bore the cases.

Okay, thanks. I'm still undecided on what route I'm going to go with on the X. Lots of options.
The FCR works very well, incase you were wondering. They make a wicked whistle down low (sounds like turbo spoolin up). Worst part is jetting the damn thing.

Did you add to the intake manifold length?

You should have put one on the 500cc. I saw that you said it was a weak point on the bike.

I make the intake manifolds for DRW at the moment. Need to crank out several actually. I use 1/8" steel for the flange, 1.5" exhuast pipe for the inlet, and I make the gasket from Felpro blue gasket paper . After it's welded up, I grind down all the welds, pipe seem, and port it. Then, we join it to the carb using a 1.5" to 1.875" silicone reducer tube. As for my engine, I got a deal on a forged CP stroker piston for the Hotrods +4 crank, so I went with that. This is all that I've done to the bike. Only thing that has changed is the axle, I recently installed a G-Force +2+4. Did all the work myself, even built the a arms. warriorcentral.boards.net/thread/81/

That pretty cool, may be a bit of over kill for a Warrior but it doesn't hurt anything that's for sure. Good job.
