so i just put on the yfz 450 air scoops they look great so here's a qiuck how to install must be the yfz 450 not the 450r they will not work maier is selling them cheep close out (check out the web deal) i had my whole front off so it was super easy but you whould be able to with just the wheels off bolt the top to the gas tank bolt the bottom to the arm to your fender i used these little clamps from the hard wear store forgot what they are called will post it but there just a metal u with to holes in it and a rubber grommit they called the rubber lined clamps and that is it hope this helps thanks to jeff for the initial help

I put mine on upside down and rt on left ,trimmed the fender inside edge they grab a little more air and clear the tire better..

ok 1st time out in the mud not good siphoned most of the mid to heavy stuff straight into the cyl took them off 1/2 way through a 45 mile ride through the hills ( not back east out west started at 6200 ft up to 8500 ft springs and other wet spots ) only 1 made the trip white n blue quad dark brown 50lbs heaver .........scoops ok in the sand and dryer stuff but not sticky mtn mud..oh works better with the curved inside edge trimmed off the front fenders..
