So i am not going to do a full tear down and build on this sucker... yet... so it is going to be a wrench and rider... the bike is a 97 warrior frame, 08' raptor 350 motor and supsension, was sitting on some huge baloon tires... finally started to make some changes... got my new wheels spacers in, coated those and the wheels... and few other odds and ends this weekend

Cool man it's good to see progress. As for the frame I would just spray paint it till you tear it back down to powder. That's what I did with mine and its holding up okay so far.... Not perfect but it's cheap and easy to touch up.

sounds good... i am going to use an epoxy base... works great and will be a bit easier to remove than bed liner when it is time to powder the frame! thanks for the tip!

so... i got a question... i replaced the front sprocket, and rear, put new rollers on... and i see to get alot of chain noise. i have spun it and it spins strait, is well lubed, does not bind... i am running 14T/38T rear. just was not sure if a good amount of chain noise (sounds like it is swirling at the front sprocket) is normal or not... just wanted to ask or see if i should check anything ooh i also used a warrrior front sprocket and i have a Raptor 350 motor... not sure that wold change anyting I also used a warrior front sprocket and i have a Raptor 350 motor
