i was looking in to this and it would seem that the best spot to put the o2 sensor is 20cm from the head flange

its a wide band and not sure on wire the wire count ... i do believe it was a 3 wire

For my setup you need a 4 wire narrow band

I welded the sensor bung in my muffler.

I tested the unit on my bike briefly. Seemed to work nicely. Maybe when I return home again I'll test some more. I have about six units out in the field just waiting for some feedback.
